Governance
Qlindo is designed to become a fully decentralized ecosystem - where $QLINDO token holders progressively take over decision-making power through a structured, community-driven governance system.
🧠 What is a DAO?
A DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is a blockchain-based governance model where rules and decisions are executed through transparent smart contracts, and voting power is distributed among token holders.
In Qlindo's case, this means:
- Proposals are submitted by the community or working groups
- Voting is done off-chain via Snapshot
- Token weight determines voting power
- Execution is governed by multi-signature wallets and smart contracts
Governance is not just a feature - it is a foundation of Qlindo's future.
🗺 Governance Roadmap
Qlindo's transition toward DAO governance is being rolled out in stages.
| Phase | Milestone |
|---|---|
Phase 1 | Qlindo DAO LLC (Marshall Islands) established as legal and operational core |
Phase 2 | DAO governance tools and smart contracts under development |
Phase 3 | Community voting pilots on key decisions (Snapshot) |
Phase 4 (2027) | Full activation of on-chain DAO, including proposal creation, voting, and treasury control |
⚖ Balanced Governance Model
Qlindo introduces a hybrid governance structure - combining open community voting with professional oversight.
Key elements:
- Protocol upgrades and new features
- Reward and staking adjustments
- Asset listing standards and sustainability criteria
- Treasury spending and strategic partnerships
This approach ensures transparency and inclusivity - while avoiding unqualified or harmful proposals from passing unchecked.
🗳 How to Participate
To take part in Qlindo governance, you will need:
- A connected wallet holding $QLINDO
- Snapshot account (no gas fees required)
- Voting rights based on the amount of $QLINDO held or staked
All governance proposals and voting links will be published at: docs.qlindo.io/governance
Qlindo invites all token holders to participate actively - not only in profit, but in platform direction, environmental integrity, and the future of tokenized sustainability.
